Salwa Ben Belgacem is an expert in project management and cross-sector mobilization. Drawing on her experience with one of France’s largest urban renewal programs, she has developed unique expertise in coordinating partner networks and implementing high-impact community projects.

Since joining the Table de Quartier Parc Extension as Coordinator, Salwa has made improving residents’ quality of life a central part of her mandate. Her collaborative and strategic approach aims to strengthen local concertation, promote social inclusion and maximize the collective impact of neighborhood initiatives. She is committed and dedicated to the Parc Extension community. Her ultimate goal is to tackle social issues through the realization of the Neighborhood Plan and the achievement of the neighborhood’s vision.

Responsible for the protection of personal data at the Parc Extension neighborhood table.

Amina M'haia

Liaison agent

A lawyer in Algeria and member of the Red Crescent, Amina M’haia was a social justice activist for over ten years, both professionally and as a volunteer, before joining the Table Ronde Quartier Parc-Extension team.

As a liaison officer, she promotes best practices in socio-community development by ensuring successful strategic planning. She believes in people and their ability to bring out the richness of cultural diversity.

For her, a successful migration experience is only possible with the support and solidarity of the community.

Farid Benakli

Mobilization and communication agent

Farid has been working in the community sector for several years, an environment in line with his values of collaboration and solidarity. Trained in political science and international cooperation, he is interested in the dynamics of collective action and local and transnational modes of organization.

His career path led him to become involved in a variety of contexts, before joining the Table de quartier de Parc-Extension, where he is responsible for mobilization and communications. This position enables him to consolidate his skills, explore new practices, particularly in digital transformation, and continually learn from the people and groups with whom he collaborates.

Lucas Raimbault

Specialized in local social development, Lucas has been working to improve the quality of life of residents in a working-class district of Toulouse (France).

Together with local residents and organizations, he has helped set up projects to promote community health, employment for all and youth development.

Committed to promoting access to rights for vulnerable people, he joined the Table de Quartier team as head of the BIPE project (Bureau d’information de Parc-Extension).

Nathan Vicenzi

Specializing in urban planning, it was in Dunkerque (France) that Nathan first became familiar with the social and structural problems of working-class neighborhoods.

At the Cuisine Commune in Lille (France), he got closer to the associative sector and took up issues linked to food safety by leading the creation of a solidarity canteen with local residents.

As development officer at the Parc-Extension neighbourhood table, Nathan will continue his mission and commitment to making healthy, quality food accessible to all.

Shahista Hamid Hussein

Advisor to BIPE

Shahista is passionate about human services. After several years of volunteering with community organizations in the Parc Extension neighborhood, she joined BIPE as an Advisor.

She puts her energy and love of human relations to work for the benefit of the community, to meet the needs of its users.

Anastasia Georgiou

Advisor to BIPE

More than 10 years in the Parc Extension neighborhood, Anastasia joins the BIPE team as an Advisor. Very involved in the community, she is keen to continue her commitment to the Table de Quartier.

Its aim is to facilitate communication within the community and enhance the value of existing resources.

Amina Saman and Farhana Khan

Advisor to BIPE

Amina Saman and Farhana Khan are two long-standing residents of Parc-Extension, renowned for their commitment and involvement in neighborhood life. After accompanying many residents as interpreters at the Parc-Extension Information Office (BIPE), they now take on the role of advisors, helping to facilitate access to information and resources for the community.

Thanks to their knowledge of the area, their ability to listen and their fluency in several languages, they play an essential role in welcoming, informing and guiding residents in their dealings with us.
